David C. Maffey was born in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 9, 1974. Mr. Maffey graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Bachelor’s of History in 1996 from Colorado State University. He attended University of California, Davis pursuing a Masters degree in winemaking. He spent 2 years working in wineries in Napa Valley and Mendocino County, California. He then spent 3 years as the Manager of Wine at Bellagio Resort, working on a team that booked over $30 Million in sales per year. Mr. Maffey spent 3 years at Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, as the fine wine buyer, concentrating on vintage Bordeaux and Champagne sales. In 2005, Mr. Maffey obtained his real estate salesman license and began working as a sales associate in the commercial real estate market. After 2 years as a salesman at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Maffey moved his real estate license to J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company in August of 2007. Mr. Maffey has focused his efforts on representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in the commercial land and industrial building markets in southern Nevada. Mr. Maffey enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
