Ms. Montgomery has more than 14 years experience in property management including retail, industrial, office, multi-family and mixed-use developments. Ms. Montgomery obtained her real estate salesman’s license from the Nevada Division of Real Estate in 1995 and has since upgraded her license to a broker-salesman. Prior to joining J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company, Ms. Montgomery worked as an asset manager responsible for the oversight of a national portfolio of more than 1.3 million square feet as well as successfully supervising a staff of nine in the property management division of one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Las Vegas. Her current focus is the implementation of a property management division for J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Company and the management of its current portfolio of commercial properties. Ms. Montgomery believes in a “big picture” approach to property management that includes proper and timely accounting, proficient client relations and efficient operating processes. Ms. Montgomery is involved in several professional organizations including the Institute of Real Estate Management and CCIM Institute. Ms. Montgomery moved to Las Vegas in 1981 and grew up as the Clark County experienced record setting growth.
